Daddow-Isaacs American Legion Post 672 will be holding its 76th Memorial Day Parade and Services on Monday May 27, 2013. The parade will begin at 9:00am sharp proceed east on route 415 to the monument in the center of Dallas. Please come out and support our veterans. |

Dallas Borough Lawn Care Ordinance
Dallas Borough property owners are reminded of the Borough Ordinance requiring the appropriate maintenance of their lawns. Grass must be cut and weeds must be removed from private property in compliance with the Dallas Borough Code requiring that owners or occupants of properties within Dallas Borough are required to cut grass and weeds growing on their property.
The Dallas Borough Code Enforcement Officer will conduct routine inspections throughout the Borough during the summer season. Failure to comply with the ordinance may result in enforcement action by Dallas Borough resulting in the possible assessment of fines and penalties for those properties that fail to comply with the regulations.

DALLAS BOROUGH ANNOUNCES THE 2013 SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM
The 2013 Dallas Borough Summer Recreation Program will be held from June 17, 2013 through August 16, 2013. The program is open to resident children of Dallas Borough between the ages of 6 and up to and including 12 years of age at time of registration. A limited number of Dallas Township resident children between the above referenced ages will be admitted based upon availability of registration space.
Registrations for the program will be accepted at the Dallas Borough Administration office located at 25 Main Street.
Registraion dates: Saturday May 18 from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Monday-Friday May 20 to May 24 from 9:00am-4:00pm
Proof of residency will be required at time of registration. There is also an acitvity fee of forty ($40.00) dollars for the first child in a family and an additional Twenty ($20.00) dollars per child thereafter. |
